Scottish actor Iain Cuthbertson passed away on September 10, aged 79. Cuthbertson's rich and varied career in British film and television included appearances in Doctor Who, The Avengers, Nigel Kneale's The Stone Tape, Survivors and ITV's classic 1976-77 supernatural drama Children Of The Stones, in which he gave an unforgettable performance as unhinged astronomer Rafael Hendrick.
